OPERA

Commerce, point of sale and finance in one platform.

In development

ONARLY's commerce and finance platform — products, inventory, checkout, orders, returns, invoicing, purchasing and accounting for businesses and organisations.

01 / WHAT IT IS

Commerce, point of sale and finance in one platform.

OPERA is where the money side of an ONARLY customer comes together. Its commerce core handles products, prices, promotions, inventory, carts, checkout, orders, fulfilment, returns and refunds; its finance core turns every transaction into accounting, invoicing and accounts-payable records. OPERA is its own finance platform, so the record of what was sold and what was paid lives in one place rather than being copied between systems. It runs today as a pilot with a web app and a till.

02 / WHO IT IS FOR

The problem it solves

Small businesses often run a POS from one vendor, a webshop from another and accounting in a third, then reconcile them by hand. OPERA keeps the transaction, the receipt and the accounting entry connected from the start.

03 / HOW YOU WORK WITH IT

The work, step by step.

  1. 01

    Sell

Register sales at the till or take orders through the commerce checkout.

  2. 02

    Get paid

Record payment and issue receipts or invoices. Payment providers are not connected yet.

  3. 03

Keep stock and purchasing in order

Track inventory across branches and handle purchasing and supplier invoices.

  4. 04

    Close the books

Every transaction becomes structured finance data for accounting and reporting.
