ONARLY is built for small teams, clubs, organisations, creators and businesses. Charging per user would punish exactly the people the platform is designed for, so ONARLY prices the organisation, the products it uses and the real infrastructure behind them.

Organisation first. Modular. Honest about usage.

A

Base licence per organisation

One licence per organisation, workspace, business or production environment. Adding a volunteer, a coach or a new operator should not trigger a new invoice line.

Pay for the products you use

Choose the ONARLY products and modules your workflow actually needs. Nobody has to buy the entire suite to get value from one product.

Usage only where cost is real

Variable pricing is reserved for things with a genuine infrastructure cost: AI processing, storage, streaming and bandwidth, SMS, map and API usage and heavy compute.

Transaction fees only where ONARLY takes part

Transaction fees apply only to products where ONARLY participates in bookings, payments or commercial transactions — primarily ONARLY DRIVE and OPERA.

Fixed add-on for extra brands

Additional branded apps, sites, domains or customer-facing brands are a fixed add-on where they make sense — not a hidden multiplier.

Enterprise handled separately

Dedicated infrastructure, self-hosting, SLA, advanced integration and custom deployment are priced individually for the organisations that need them.

Exact packaging differs by product family. These are the building blocks every ONARLY price is made of.

Portfolio tiers

Community, Core, Pro, Organization / Network and Enterprise are a shared commercial framework across ONARLY. They describe the scale of an operation and the starting point of its price — not an identical package that every product copies.

Product and module pricing

On top of the base licence, you pay for the ONARLY products and modules you actually use. Each product family has its own billing unit, such as a workspace, a team, a brand, a published site, a branch or a taxi operating platform.

Why packages differ

A radio station, a sports club, a taxi company and a shop do not consume ONARLY in the same way. Exact packaging differs by product family, so each product page describes its own billing unit, what is included and where usage applies.

Usage charges

Usage charges exist only where ONARLY has a meaningful variable cost — AI compute, storage, streaming and bandwidth, SMS, and map or API usage. They are measured rather than hidden in everyone's base price. No usage quotas have been published.

Transaction fees

Transaction fees apply only to transaction-oriented products where ONARLY takes part in bookings or payments, such as ONARLY DRIVE and OPERA. Transaction fees depend on payment and platform configuration. No percentage has been published.

White-label and extra brands

White-label means your own brand in front of your customers — a branded customer app, site or domain — or running additional brands. Where it applies, it is a fixed additional fee rather than a per-user multiplier.

Enterprise

Enterprise is for organisations that need dedicated infrastructure, self-hosting, an SLA, custom deployment or advanced integrations. It is priced individually.

05 / PRICING QUESTIONS

Straight answers about cost.

01Does ONARLY charge per user?

Generally, no. ONARLY licenses the organisation, workspace, business or production environment and the products it uses. The platform is built for small teams, and charging for every volunteer, coach, operator or editor would work against that.

02Is ONARLY ARENAHUB priced per player?

No, and it never will be. ARENAHUB is priced per organisation, team, module and infrastructure use. The size of your roster does not change the price.

03Do I pay separately for ONARLY HUB?

No. HUB is the shared workspace that comes with any ONARLY product.

04Are QabGo, ONARLY Driver and the WP Plugin separate subscriptions?

No. They are connected surfaces of the ONARLY DRIVE platform and use the shared DRIVE backend. The taxi company licenses DRIVE, not four competing subscriptions. Exact packaging may evolve as DRIVE develops.

05What is the DRIVE transaction fee?

Transaction fees depend on payment and platform configuration. ONARLY has not published a fixed percentage.

06What are AI credits?

AI processing has a real compute cost that varies with the workload. Where a product uses AI for heavy processing, that usage may be measured in credits rather than built into everyone's base price.

07Does every product have the same Core, Pro and Organization packages?

No. The tiers are a shared commercial framework. Each product family has its own billing unit and packaging, described on its product page.

08Are the tier prices final?

They are the starting points of a shared commercial framework. Actual module pricing varies by product and configuration. Annual discounts, quotas, AI credit amounts, user limits and detailed module matrices have not been published.
