What this notice covers

This notice covers the public website onarly.com. ONARLY products have their own terms and privacy information, provided when an organisation starts using them.

Contact and partner forms

When you send the contact form or the partner request form, the details you enter are e-mailed to an ONARLY inbox: contact enquiries to info@onarly.com, partner requests to partners@onarly.com. The details are your name, organisation, e-mail address, the reason for your enquiry, the product you chose, and — for partner requests — country, organisation type, sport or industry, plus your message.

The website itself stores no copy of your submission and sends no automatic confirmation e-mail. Form e-mails are delivered through the e-mail service Purelymail ([To be supplied by ONARLY: Purelymail contracting entity, data location and whether a data processing agreement is in place]) and kept in the ONARLY inbox for [To be supplied by ONARLY: how long form e-mails are kept in the ONARLY inboxes].

Until this notice is in force the forms are switched off: they tell you so and send nothing.

Abuse protection

To limit spam, the website counts form submissions per connection. It stores only a one-way keyed hash of the connection address together with the submission times — never the address itself — and removes them after 24 hours.

Technical data

The website runs on a server at OVH in Germany ([To be supplied by ONARLY: contracting OVH entity and whether a data processing agreement is in place]). Neither the web server nor the website keeps access logs of page visits. What the website does not do

The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third-party domains. If that changes, this notice and the cookie notice will be updated first.
